Our Company is the direct official exclusive agent of the British manufacturer Rotork, which is worldwide leader in the area of automation of control and on-off valves for oil, gas, energetic, water industries and exists on the market for more than 50 years.

We promote and distribute Rotork products and services on the Kazakhstani market since May, 2009. The base of our company is the outstanding employees – high-qualified engineers with advanced thinking, technical support, sales department, service engineers.

“Tien-Shan Engineering” LLP specialists had special training on the manufacturing factories in the Bath city (Great Britain), Leads (Great Britain), in Lucca (Italy).

On the our production we assemble different actuators systems with glove and on-off valves (taps and valves) on the base of pneumo-, hydro- and electronic actuators of Rotork company, we develop and and produce necessary transition kits ourselves. At the end of assembling process our qualified specialists carry out on a pre-agreed with customer FAT procedure the electrical, functional and hydro-tests of the complex decision “actuator-valve”.

For the period since 2009 till the current time the Rotork actuators assembled with globe and regulating valves were delivered to such companies like: Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V., KazZinc LLP, Buzachi Operating Ltd, “Petrokazakhstan Kumkol Resources” JSC, “Kazakhoil-Aktobe” LLP, “CNPC-Aktobemunaigas” JSC, “Turgai-Petroleum” JSC, “JV KazGerMunai” LLP, “SZTK Munaitas” JSC and others.

ELECTRIC ACTUATORS

We offer to our customers the following intellectual electric actuators:

  • -IQ actuators are the multi-turn electric actuators which can be used to control shut-off or control valves, which provide up to 60 starts per hour. Torque range is from 34 Nm to 3,000 Nm. Higher torques when combined with IS or IB gearbox up to 40,800 Nm.

  • -IQT actuators are the quarter-turn electric actuators that can be used to control shut-off or control valves, providing up to 60 starts per hour. Torque range 50 Nm to 2,000 Nm. Higher torques when combined with IW gearbox – till 250,000 Nm.

Modulating actuators IQM/IQML/IQTM have solid state reversing starter in place of the electromechanical contactors. The IQM actuators is suitable for up  to 1,200 starts per hour.

ELECTRICAL ACTUATORS FOR THE CONTROL VALVES

Linear and one-phase CVA actuators offer range of sizes, compatible with major of linear and quarter-turn control valves that requires high positioning accuracy.  The most significant advantage of CVA actuators is the high positioning accuracy – 0,1%, unlimited number of operations, presence of supercapacitor that allows to translate the valve to the required position during power loss: fully open, fully closed, keep the position.

ELECTROHYDRAULIC ACTUATORS

Intellectual electro hydraulic Skilmatic actuators are intended for the control on linear or quarter-turn shut-off and control valves. Actuators are intended for work on the positions “Emergency stop”. During power loss the hydraulic actuator system translates the valve to the predetermined position: fully open, fully closed, keep the position.
